When we decided to launch Evolve Alarm Pros, we did so with one guiding principle: If security matters, then those who need security matter more.

Certain companies with three letters in their name and a little blue sign offer literally one advantage over other companies - they will “give” you their equipment…as long as you sign a 36 month contract. Over the course of that 36 months, they will make money on your monitoring fee payments plus double their money on the equipment.
This specific company has 6 million customers across the nation and brings in several hundred million in revenue every month.
This company also has a 1.5 star rating on Google…which is ironic because they recently signed an agreement to exclusively use Google Nest security equipment (the same equipment that you can buy at a big box store and install yourself with little effort).
I encourage you to go to their Google listing and read the reviews. It's consistent. For the last several months, most reviews are one star. Why? Because companies like this use pressure tactics to sell you as much as possible to improve their bottom line. They care more about shareholders than customers. Of course, they are shooting themselves in the foot because companies like Evolve are popping up that are putting the customer first - and we believe that if we serve you, growth will follow.
We have formed agreements with several manufacturers and have even have our own brand of security cameras and NVRs. This allows us to truly start with your security needs and build something that can provide that while staying in your budget.
In conclusion, we are sorry that something like your personal security has been preyed upon for profit. We're sorry that you may be locked into a 3-year contract with equipment that hasn't worked right for months. Let us show you how it should be.
