FIRST DAY: On our first day back, students did get-to-know-you activities, learned about school rules and expectations, tackled math problems, wrote reflections, ran cross country, played soccer, measured the caloric output of burning corn chips, and much more. Great to have the whole crew back!

In the 7th Grade Solutionaries project, groups of students selected local causes and organizations to learn about and to amplify. One group selected the Volunteers of America, Northern New England Maine Coastal Regional Reentry Center, and as part of their project, asked to share this video to raise awareness with the wider public.

The effort started with two Camden Rockport Middle School students, Mateo Jacques and Colton Butler, who, after studying the history of Wabanaki in the area, decided to make it their school project to set up signs to inform the public about what they had learned.
