Last week at West TN Fire Chief's Association meeting, I was awarded this plaque, in appreciation for serving as President. I was very honored.

We’re honored to host this Aircraft Emergency Response Training day for the men and women of Benton County who answer the call when our community needs them most.

This training is designed to strengthen our preparedness, and ensure our first responders are ready to act if an aircraft emergency occurs.

A special thanks to Air Evac 123 - Henry County, TN, Air Evac Lifeteam 159 - Western Tennessee and Hospital Wing 6 - Carroll County, TN for partnering with us and adding their expertise to this training. Their added support and real-world experience help ensure our responders are prepared when every second counts.

Members from the State Fire Marshalls office were in Camden tonight to speak with departments from several different counties to assess their needs. A lot of good information sharing.

A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest in connection with a recent fire in Sardis, Henderson County.

On April 10th, TBI Fire Investigators joined the Henderson County Fire Department in examining a fire at 45 Ruth Lane. The structure was unoccupied at the time and had no utilities.
