Want to be part of a support system that walks alongside a foster family in your church or small group? Let us help you build a Care Team!
Care Teams are a practical and meaningful way for local churches to show up for families caring for vulnerable children, offering love, support, and presence in everyday life.
Comprised of four committed church members, a Care Team provides ongoing, intentional care to a foster or adoptive family. Care Team members provide consistent prayer, one meal a month, and quarterly connection time, whether that’s a game night, an outing, or simply giving parents a night off. One member serves as the Care Coordinator, staying in regular contact with the family and sharing needs with the rest of the team or church as needed.
