-Responsibilities include behind-the-scenes set preparation, logistical support, crowd control & management, and ticket-taking or ID checking.

-Individuals must be comfortable answering questions, giving directions and interacting with guests.

Auden: "My favorite was being in the hall for President Clinton's speech. It was incredibly touching, moving and humanizing"
