Attention! The annual drawdown of Lacamas Lake and Round Lake will start Sept. 21.

Beginning at 8 a.m., Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, the City will reduce the total level of the lakes by approximately six feet, in order to achieve the level needed to facilitate dam inspections and make repairs. The City will also be replacing parts of the dam in order to update and improve it, which is why more time is required. Your feedback has directly shaped the vision, goals, policies and priorities reflected in these plans, helping ensure that they represent the community's aspirations for the future.

Join us Tuesday, September 15, at 7 p.m., for a Planning Commission Hearing on the proposed comprehensive plan and downtown subarea plan, as well as the proposed zoning code and development regulation updates that will help make the community's vision a reality.
