We are officially LIVE (for real this time)!

Please note that the utility bill due June 10 was generated from the previous billing system and contains your old account number. Your new account information will be used going forward in the new system.

Beginning in July, utility bills will have a new look. They will no longer be in the previous format and will arrive in an envelope.

This change does not affect customers who:

• Pay with cash or check
• Pay with a credit card in person at City Hall
• Pay through direct withdrawal from their bank account

If you wish to pay your June 10 bill online via the new payment portal, please call Calvert City Hall to receive your account pin. Then you can go to the site below and pay online!

🚨 UPDATE: Calvert City Utilities New Payment System 🚨

We hit a snag during our planned go-live with the new utility billing system.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work through a few final details.

Our team expects the new system to be online next week!

When we DO go LIVE, here’s what you need to know:

📄 The utility bill you received that is due June 10 was generated from the OLD billing system and contains your OLD account number.

📞 To pay online using the NEW billing system, you will need your NEW account number. Please call Calvert City Hall at (270) 395-7138 to obtain it.

💻 Once you have your NEW account number, you can:
✅ Pay your bill online
✅ Set up AutoPay

📬 Beginning in July, utility bills will have a new look. They will no longer be in the old format and will arrive in an envelope.

This change does NOT affect you if:

💵 You pay with cash or check
💳 You pay with a credit card in person at City Hall
🏦 You pay through direct withdrawal from your bank account

⏰ Don’t worry — utility bills are not due until June 10, and there is still plenty of time to make your payment once we go live.
