The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Tornado Watch for Bryan County until 11:00pm

PDS (Particularly Dangerous Situation) Tornado Watch #308 has been issued for much of Oklahoma, southern Kansas and western north Texas until 11 pm CDT. IPAWS Nation Test 2023
FEMA, in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will conduct a national test of the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) on October 4, 2023. The test will reach millions of mobile phones across the country via Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA), radio and television via the Emergency Alert System (EAS), and other communication pathways. The Test will take place at approximately 1:20 pm CST on Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023.
