πŸ”€πŸŽ‰ The countdown to summer has been full of fun and learning for our kindergarteners at Kettle Lake Elementary!

Students have been celebrating the final weeks of school with an ABC Countdown, bringing a new themed activity to each day. From meeting "Sir Spud" during "P"otato Pet Day and sporting mustaches for "M"ustache Day to enjoying a camping adventure during "C"amp Day, students have embraced every opportunity to learn and make memories together.

Camp Day was a favorite, featuring camping-themed learning activities, reading by flashlight inside homemade tents, a virtual campfire, and even trail mix math. These creative experiences help keep students engaged while celebrating all they've accomplished during their kindergarten year.

What a fun way to wrap up an amazing year of learning! πŸ’œπŸ’›

πŸβ˜€οΈ It was a perfect sunny day at Paris Ridge Elementary for some hands-on farm animal encounters and farm-to-fork learning!

Students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade, along with our ASD students, had the opportunity to get up close with a variety of farm animals while learning how agriculture impacts our daily lives.

A special thank you to the students from Mrs. Bender's Food Science classes at Caledonia High School, including several proud Paris Ridge alumni, who shared their knowledge and passion for agriculture by presenting on a variety of animals during the Agri-Cal CTE Agricultural Awareness Event.

Learning comes to life when students of all ages connect, share, and explore together! πŸ’œπŸ’›
