The purpose of the Caldwell Public Schools is to prepare each student for the challenges of life and to help him or her find a responsible and productive place in society. It is the responsibility of the students, parents, teachers, administrators, and community to provide and maintain an environment in which learning can take place and to afford each child the opportunity to attain his or her max

imum potential. Recognizing the worth of others requires that one first be aware of his or her own worth. Appreciating the value of each individual enables students to develop self-discipline.
