Iโm excited to share that I am running for re-election to the Caldwell ISD Board of Trustees. It has been an honor to serve our students, staff, and families, and I look forward to continuing the work of building strong schools and a bright future for our community.
Over the past nine years, I have completed extensive training through the Texas Association of School Boards to strengthen my leadership, governance, and advocacy skills. I am proud to have earned the designation of โMaster Trusteeโ and to be a member of the Leadership TASB (LTASB) program. Through these opportunities, I have built lasting relationships with fellow trustees across the state who are committed to ongoing learning and supporting one another. I continue to grow in this role by attending Summer Leadership Institutes, Delegate Assemblies, Governance Camp, and participating in online learning opportunities.
Throughout my three terms, I have worked alongside fellow board members and district leadership to keep students at the center of every decision, support our educators, and ensure responsible stewardship of district resources. While I am proud of what we have accomplished together, I know there is still important work ahead. I believe that work must be guided by thoughtful leadership, strong collaboration, and a commitment to listening to our staff and community.
If you would like to support my campaign by placing a sign in your yard or business, please let me know. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve and help guide our schools forward.
Thank you for your trust, your engagement, and your continued support.
Pam
