Tomorrow, Saturday, May 2, is election day for City officials and School Board Trustees. Voting times are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Burleson County Courthouse. As you know, there are 3 candidates for 2 positions. Incumbents include myself and William Foster plus newcomer, Dusty Strange. I am asking for your vote to keep my position as School Board Trustee.

Throughout the last nine years, I have worked alongside fellow board members and district leadership to keep students at the center of every decision, supporting our educators, and ensuring responsible stewardship of district resources. Continued progress requires thoughtful leadership, strong collaboration, and a commitment to listening to our staff and community. I will continue my open door policy, welcoming suggestions, comments, and concerns at any time. I would love to continue serving alongside board members who are committed to moving our district forward.

If you aren’t eligible to vote in the city election, you are still eligible to vote for school districts board members.
