City Hall sources indicate there may be suspicious amounts of triple chocolate cake located somewhere in the building.

Exciting news from the Hedrick Family City Park:

The small playground is closed as the Public Works crew work to clear out the sand base and replace with rubber mulch! We are sorry for the inconvenience but hope the ant free playground base will make up for it! Once completed they will move on to the larger playground.

This would not be possible without the Kansas Department of Health - Kansas Waste Tire Grant and the Hedrick Family Trust!

PSA - Eight larger flags were removed from planters at the City Cemetery on Monday.

These flags were not part of the Veterans Day flag memorials placed by the Scouts/volunteers and are likely privately owned. Unfortunately, the volunteers did not remember which graves or sections they came from, so they could not be returned to their original locations.

If you placed a flag in a planter and it is missing, please stop by City Hall to pick it up.
