📍Public Service Announcement 📍

As Election Day approaches, Canyon County reminds all voters to review Idaho’s legal definition of residence for voter registration purposes.

Your residence must be your primary home. Temporary stays do not qualify. Any violations of these criteria are subject to investigation and potential prosecution under Idaho Code.

Today (Oct. 24) is also the final day to pre-register to vote or request an absentee ballot.

The Canyon County Elections office will be closed on June 19th and 20th. We will return to the office on Monday, June 23rd. Please send us an email or leave a message if you have any questions, and we will respond as soon as we return.

Please make sure to hand-deliver your absentee ballots to our new Canyon County Elections office location if you have not done so already. Mailing your ballot this close to the election will result in it not arriving on time. Our office will be open from 8am - 8pm on May 20th, and an absentee drop box is located on the southeast side of the building.
Our new office is located at 5801 Graye Ln. Bldg. B, Caldwell, ID 83607.
