Yesterday both Ambulance 27 and Unit 24 received their annual state inspection from the WV Office of EMS! Both units passed without issue and will continue to serve the community for another year!

This morning at 03:07 the Cairo Fire-EMS Department was alerted for a brush fire at North Bend State Park. Brush 25, Unit 24 and UTV 20 responded to find a small fire started as a result of a downed power line. Crews quickly extinguished the fire. The Harrisville Volunteer Fire Department responded along with the Deerwalk VFD who provided coverage to our area during the incident.
