We have had some inquiries regarding our current Covid-19 precautions for our Murder Mystery event and would like to know that the health and safety of our attendees and actors is of utmost importance to us.

We have been working closely with our own District Health Department #10 throughout the planning of this event. As of this Monday, February 21, it has been recommended that masking is no longer mandatory, but rather at an individual's own level of comfort. Please note, that that the memo on our poster included in this post does not reflect current masking standards.

Again, masks are not required to attend, but left to each individual's discretion and comfort level. Please feel free to reach out to us at United Way of Wexford Missaukee Counties either by Messenger, or by email at [email protected], or by phone at 231-775-3753 if you have further questions.

Happy Valentine's Day! ❀️

We would like to take a moment to thank a Valentine that is special to us. A Valentine who continuously supports our organization throughout the year. This local company is our annual Presenting Sponsor for our Murder Mystery Dinner, "Death By Foul Play". They allow our actors and directors in their showroom to rehearse months leading up to the event and open up their space to let us create a killer night of fun, sleuthing, and fundraising for the benefit of our community! We are humbled and so very grateful for their generosity.

Thank you Fox Motors of Cadillac!!

Change Doesn’t Happen Alone

United Way fights for the health, education and financial stability of every person in our community. But we are more than fundraisers. We are hand raisers. We raise our hands not only to lead the fight, but to reach out to people who need help. And hope.

We win when we live UNITED. By forging unlikely partnerships. By finding solutions to old problems. By mobilizing the best resources. And by inspiring individuals to join the fight against their community’s most daunting social crises.

So who are the hand raisers, the game changers? They’re people who know that at the core of every human being is a desire to do good. People who recognize the power that comes from a shared purpose. People who understand they’re always stronger together than they are alone.
