PVT Bruce Moll proudly continues a family tradition today! His father, Warrant Officer Michael Moll, had the honor of administering the oath of enlistment for the Arkansas Army National Guard. Currently a senior at Cabot High School, PVT Moll has big plans for his future. He intends to attend ASU-Beebe, and after completing his studies there, he will transfer to ASU-Jonesboro through the ACTS (2+2 Transfer Program), furthering both his education and his commitment to service.

After graduation, he’s ready to take on the next chapter by attending trade school to become an Electrician. We’re excited to see all the incredible things Arcadian will accomplish!

A huge shout out to PFC Kayla Thorndike for enlisting in the Arkansas Army National Guard as a 42A Human Resource Specialist! She enlisted under the Split Training Option, which allows high school juniors to attend basic training during the summer before their senior year, and then attend job training after graduation.

As a junior at Cabot High School, Kayla is actively involved in several clubs, including the National Honor Society, Hello Club, Spanish Club, and Key Club, and serves as Sergeant at Arms for the Criminal Justice Club.

In addition to her club involvement, PFC Thorndike serves in her school's Air Force JROTC program, where she has earned several impressive accolades, including being named Outstanding Junior Cadet at the Cadet Leaders Course, receiving the Military Order of the World Wars Medal, and earning the Air Commando Association Award.

Looking ahead, Kayla plans to attend the University of Arkansas after graduation, where she’ll pursue a degree in Human Resource Management.
