Today, we remember those who were lost, honor the first responders who answered the call, and recognize the countless people who continue to carry the effects of that day.

We remember their courage, their service, and the lives forever changed on September 11, 2001.

Sunday Nights has a new Officer in Charge!

Congratulations to EMT Adeline Wright who will now be the Officer in Charge (OIC) on our volunteer staffed ambulance after her recent promotion this month.
Since joining the department in August 2024, Adeline has worked diligently toward earning her charge status. Through countless hours of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and independent study, she has demonstrated the dedication and commitment needed to reach this important milestone.

Last weekend, our Saturday and Sunday day crews had the opportunity to support the Montgomery County Public Safety Training Academy’s EMT class, focusing on lifts, loads, carries, and cot operations.

We’re incredibly grateful to the PSTA for entrusting our top-notch providers to help train and prepare the next generation of EMS professionals. It was a privilege to work alongside such dedicated future providers, and we can’t wait to see all they accomplish!
