Here's a fun idea for you - why not try getting creative and form the letters "S-A-A-M" using objects like flowers, food, or art supplies? You can then take a photo of your creation and share it with your friends or family. It's a great way to exercise your creativity and have some fun at the same time.

To all the survivors out there, we want to remind you that you are incredibly strong and resilient. You have been through so much, and yet you are still standing. You are capable of overcoming anything that comes your way. Remember that you are not defined by what has happened to you and that you are worthy of love and respect. Always remember that you are not alone and that there are people who love you and support you. Reminding yourself that you are enough, just as you are, deserve happiness and healing, and are worthy of living a fulfilling life can be daunting at times. That is why it is so important to remind yourself that your past does not define you, and it was not your fault! Keep fighting, keep moving forward, and know that you are valued and cherished.
