Breaking: FBI Atlanta is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for the capture and conviction of Arthur Cofield. Cofield escaped from the Federal Correctional Institute Jesup May 26th. He has ties to Metro Atlanta . He should be considered armed and dangerous.
