The City of Byrnes Mill has created a YouTube channel so all of the Board of Alderperson Meetings, Planning & Zoning Meetings & Board of Adjustments will be live and able to view at anytime. Most of the Board of Alderpersons Meetings are uploaded for viewing, we can only upload so many per day so so they will all be available soon.

The City Hall is currently creating a new City-Wide Clean-Up Form for everyone to complete. The forms and tags will be ready for pick up on/and after Tuesday 04/11/2023. We will accept cash, credit card or check. You will receive a receipt and your tag for the items to be picked up. Hi everyone, I would like you to consider voting YES for the Local Use Tax Proposition that will be on the ballot on Tuesday, April 4th. If passed, the revenue created would be used to get all Byrnes Mill employees into the Missouri LAGERS retirement plan. Did you know that we are the only police department in the entire county which does not provide a retirement plan for its officers? This seriously affects my ability to retain and recruit officers. Please understand that this proposition is NOT a property tax or a tax on retail purchases that you make at local retailers. It is a 2.5% use tax that will only be charged to online purchases. In many cases, Missouri is already collecting taxes on your online purchases and that money is not being distributed to Byrnes Mill because a proposition has not been passed. Any product that is exempt from sales tax will be exempt from this use tax. I hope that you understand the positive impact that this proposition could have on your community by keeping employees for the long term. I appreciate your consideration in this matter and am always available to answer any questions that you may have. My office phone number is 636-677-7727 x228. I’m receiving messages that people are not allowed to post pictures, articles , information or even comment and I don’t understand so I’m trying to figure it out.
