A beautiful Wednesday morning here at the center. Thankful to have Mrs. Charlene Ford from Quality Home Health with us each week for BP checks on each of the Seniors and staff. She is always making sure we are all in check and feeling well. Everyone looks forward for her visit!

Drums Alive Cardio Drumming... today wrapped it up for our 8 week class. It has been such a fun class with Beth and everyone that participated. We had several new people to join the center. We hope to plan for another class later on. I will make that known when we do. Again a big Thank you to Beth and her husband for all they have done with us. It has been so much fun! One last video with some FIREBALL!!
