Good Evening Everyone!
I'd like to start to compile stories, history and memories from all generations about the History of Bourne! Its a project that I've been thinking about since my Dad passed in March 2020. I inherited many photographs that (to my knowledge) haven't been seen before. Even if they have, I would love to hear all the personal memories that everyone in Bourne can share Many pictures are on my page, but I have many more. If anyone is interested in working with me on this project, please let me know. I would like any and all feedback and for the profits to help the residents of Bourne. The housing Crisis is at an all time high! The cost of the Assisted Living is extremely expensive. The brand new 55 and over Connect 55 is not only expensive.. but the company building it has many excuses about why its still not finished!! I have had my apartment in that Community paid and reserved for over a year!
Please reach out by comments on the post and maybe a group of us can meet and figure out a good way to keep the History of Bourne and its people going strong for many generations!
