We are partnering once again with the Butte-Silver Bow Health Department to bring Walk with Ease to the community!
Starting Wednesday, September 9th join us for stretching, walking, and great conversation at Stodden Park. We will meet at the Pavillion between the tennis courts and Ridgewaters for stretches.
All ages and abilities are encouraged to join us!

Ready for a busy school year? Feed your family nutritious meals and save valuable time.

Freezer meals are the product of a process known as “freezer cooking.” You invest some time up front to save time later. You can prepare a variety of delicious meals that will feed you or your family for two weeks to two months.

These freezer meal recipes from NDSU Extension use pulse foods. Lentils, dry peas and chickpeas can be the main protein source in a freezer meal entree or can complement an animal protein such as ground beef, chicken or pork.

Breakfast improves school performance. Children who skip breakfast have trouble staying on task in school and become tired and irritable.
Breakfast improves nutrition. Researchers have shown that children who eat breakfast are more likely to meet their needs for calcium, iron, riboflavin, folic acid, iron, vitamins A and D and other nutrients.

May is National Arthritis Awareness Month! Part of our awareness campaign in Silver Bow County includes a collaboration between BSB Health Department and MSU Extension with the offering of Walk with Ease.
Starting May 27th, we will be meeting Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9am at Skyline Park.
