Deputies take North Vernon man into custody on two Jennings County arrest warrants.

In the Afternoon hours of Thursday April 23, 2020, Deputies with the Jennings County Sheriff's Office received information that Jerimiah Blaze Littrell, 20, of North Vernon, was at a residence in the Country Squire Lakes Subdivision.

The Jennings County SWAT team responded to the residence. Jerimiah fled on foot just prior to Deputies arrival. After a brief search of the area, Jerimiah was located hiding under a wooden porch, where he was then taken into custody without further incident.

Jerimiah is being held at the Jennings County Jail on a No Bond Warrant for the following charges:

35-48-4-6.1(a)/F5: Possession of Methamphetamine Possession of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine,

35-47-4-6/MA: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Domestic Batterer,

35-47-2-1/MA: Carrying a Handgun Without a License

As well as an additional Jennings County Arrest warrant for:

Charges

35-42-2-1.3(a)(1)/F5: Domestic Battery The suspect has been previously convicted of a battery against the same victim

Did any of you participate in the Norwegian Road March?

The first heat of military personnel and civilians prepare to gather at the starting line for the Norwegian Ruck March, at the University of Southern Indiana, Evansville, IN. The Norwegian Ruck March is a timed 18.6 mile march with a 25lb. ruck sack. Over 700 participants tested their grit to complete this grueling challenge today.
