1) the CNN suppressed reports of HRC meltdown on election night, blaming, among others, Comey, for the loss.

2) HRC basic nature, to get back at, get even with, Trump, for beating her. And blackmailing or coercing allies she believed ‘betrayed’ her to assist with same.
3) Likely manipulating Comey/FBI to accept Steele document as valid, and briefing outgoing Obama camp what was about to be launched against Trump.

Entirely plausible.
