🎯We’ve been fielding some questions about our upcoming raffle on 9/12 so we wanted to share some questions we’ve received and answers which we’ve provided.🎯
🔴Q: Do you have tickets left?
🟢A: Yes we do have some left. You can purchase from our square account at https://www.btvfd3.com/content/raffle or inquire with our vendors, Dukes Sports Shop or Sportsman’s Supply.
🔴Q: Can I bring my child?
🟢A: Yes, however, the child must be 12 years old or older. All patrons, even children, must have a ticket for entry.
🔴Q: Do I have to be present to win?
🟢A: No. We will contact winners and arrange prize collection.
🔴Q: Can I bring my own cooler?
🟢A: No, and no outside alcohol is permitted.
🔴Q: Can I bring my own chair?
🟢A: Yes. We also allow set up of easy up tents in designated areas. Set up for easy up tents can be set up starting Friday, September 11th. BTVFD is not responsible for damaged or stolen personal property.
🔴Q: Is there re-entry?
🟢A: Yes, with the bracelet placed on your wrist during entry.
🔴Q: Will there be food and drinks at the event?
🟢A: Yes, all of this is included with the purchase of your ticket! Fairground Market is catering their delicious food all day and serving wings and fries early evening. There will also be Boyers Ice Cream for dessert! Beer, wine, water, and a variety of pop for drinks. We will verify IDs for serving alcohol.
🔴Q: Can I bring my pet?
🟢A: Only if the animal is a license service animal. You are responsible for clean up of waste.
🔴Q: I bought 4 tickets in my own name, can I bring a friend on one of those tickets?
🟢A: Yes, one ticket per entry. The prize will be issued to the original purchaser.
🔴Q: Can I enter without buying a ticket?
🟢A: At this time, no. We still have a few tickets left for sale. A ticket is needed for entry.
