🚒 TRAINING UPDATE 🚒 This weekend, two of our members, along with personnel from multiple other departments, successfully completed Pump Operations 1 training! A huge thank you to everyone who planned this weekend's events and to the instructors who dedicated their time to put it on. This training is just another vital tool in our toolbox, and it’s only the beginning of our dedication to mastering pump operations. Great job to everyone involved! 👏💦

Humbled tonight to think that 25 years ago we all went to bed feeling carefree and safe. Little did we know that our world would forever be changed in the morning.

It was a busy morning at West Sunbury VFD, We started with this wire down right in town and had more calls for trees/wires down and one call for a house struck by lightning.
The weather has been wild lately.
Please be extra cautious if out and about when we get these storms...you never really know where the next tree/wire will land.
