After the recent storms, surrounding power companies have lost several power poles in the area. Which means, Bushnell Municipal Utilities, will need to generate. To take care of our own residences, the ageing generators have yet again, kept our citizens well supplied through the night, all day today and possibly tomorrow. Our City counts ourselves so very fortunate to be capable of supplying residential needs, many people were without power last night or not knowing exactly when they can expect the little luxury of flipping a switch for light. The cost of the fuel for the convenience is not minor but a definite need at this time. Please remember we are all in this together. Thank you Bushnell!!

The City of Bushnell is happy to announce a tire round up for all Bushnell residents on the 17th and 18th at the Bushnell Municipal Complex located at 127 Ludwig. All residents are encouraged to take this opportunity to drop off standard car, truck, and motorcycle tires. Hours will be 12-6 pm both days. Unfortunately, we will not be accepting oversized, semi or tractor tires at this time. The cost to the public is free.
Please take advantage of this unique service provided by the City. It is a great chance to remove unwanted tires that you may have on your property. As a reminder, there is a clean up day planned for the fall and tires will not be picked up at that time. The tire round up is not offered yearly for residents to utilize and hopefully many will be able to take advantage of this opportunity.
For any resident that is 65+ who needs assistance with tire pick up, call City Hall at 772-2521 the week of June 19th and arrangements may be made.

NO Businesses and there will be a 20 tire limit.

Sheboygan Warning Systems will be performing siren maintenance in Bushnell, Saturday afternoon, May 9th. They will be sounding the sirens with short blasts to get decibel readings. This is only a test.

There is an informative meeting scheduled for any and all residents living from Gridley to Harris Ave. within the Washington Street Project. The meeting is scheduled for May 14th at 5 pm at the Bushnell Police Complex on route 41, open discussion on the completion for this storm sewer project along with residents' concern about the boulevard and what will take place.

Memberships to the Fitness Gym at the Rec. Center will raise to $15.00/month starting 5/1/2026!

A public meeting will be held April 28th at 4:00 , at Bushnell City Hall, to discuss this plan and priorities for at risk service line replacement. City officials will discuss consideration of different scenarios for structuring payments between the utility and its customers over time. Additionally, the City will make this and future plans available through the City of Bushnell's website. Finally, printed copies of this and future revised plans will be made available in printed form upon request.
