Meet Jacob Brown with Bushnell Electric! Jacob has been with the City for 8 months and is proud to be serving the community he’s always called home. When he's not on the job, you might catch him at a local hotspot singing and playing guitar. 🎸🎶

Jacob shared, “I enjoy working for the City because it keeps me close to home and brings me closer to the community I grew up in. The job I do and the people I work with are great. Being able to serve my community and do my job at the same time means a lot to me.”

The splash pad at Kenny Dixon Sports Complex has reopened after repairs and is ready for everyone to enjoy! 💦

Hours of operation are daily from 9:00 a.m. until dusk. We, once again, kindly ask all visitors to help keep the splash pad clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone by treating it as if it were your own property. A friendly reminder that animals are not allowed at Kenny Dixon Sports Complex, including on the splash pad.

Today, employees from the City of Bushnell, along with American Legion Post 101 - Bushnell Florida, were proud to place flags at Bushnell Evergreen Cemetery in honor of Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

This meaningful tradition serves as a reminder of the courage and sacrifice of the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We are grateful for the opportunity to pay tribute to our fallen heroes and remember their lasting legacy.
