Applications can be picked up now, and we encourage interested applicants to begin gathering the required information. Completed applications will be accepted July 13–31, 2026, with bonus points awarded the earlier the application is submitted within the 3-week timeframe.
PLEASE DON'T ASSUME YOU WON'T QUALIFY! Even if you aren't currently pre-approved for the full purchase price, we still encourage you to apply, as applications are scored based on a unique set of qualifications. Every application helps tell the story of Burwell's housing needs and helps shape future opportunities in our community.
Private walk-throughs and application consultations are available upon request, and a community open house will be announced prior to the sale of the homes.
