Next week!

Join For-Mar Naturalists for a walk around the park after dark. This hike will highlight Michigan’s only bioluminescent insect- the Firefly! How many species call MI home? What are glow worms? What do fireflies even do? These questions and more will be answered. This walk will traverse uneven terrain and have stops to observe fireflies.

Ages 13 and older
Cost: $5 per person

The For-Mar Visitor Center is closed today, September 7, in observance of the holiday. The grounds and trails are open from 8 a.m. to dusk.

We will reopen for regular hours of operation tomorrow🌿
