Ansley Eleazer has lived her entire life inside the Burns City limits. She has seen the positive and negative effects of changes happening in Burns over the last 24 years. Starting when she was younger she would walk down the streets and pick up trash to try and make the town even more beautiful and at the age of sixteen she began bringing in events and more to her lovely small town fully funded
on her teenage income. Being a granddaughter, mother, and wife she understands the needs of most everyone in her community. She wants more for all ages to be able to enjoy it. She wants to stop or at least slow down the construction of the hundreds of houses popping up every day making the town population go up and not enough to sustain all the people. She wants people to feel safe in Burns not to worry about graffiti, overdoses, theft, and more. "We need to slow down and focus on the things that truly matter." she said, "We need to get our priorities in order, manage our money better, and stop letting people come in and destroy our town! I can't even get to my house without getting claustrophobic, there is house like a foot away from each other. You can reach out the window of one and shake the guys hand at the house next door. I've talked to more than a handful of citizens and they all say the same thing I'm saying. All of the citizens that have lived here for forever all agree that something needs to be done, we are not growing correctly and its quickly getting out of hand. I want what's best for my town for the citizens! That's why I am running." After talking with Mrs. Eleazer and some of the citizens supporting her we she why she is so deeply devoted to the town she was born and raised in. If you ever get a chance to speak with her about it you'll be glad you did. She has so many ideas and creative ways to do them. Ideas that several of her supports would love to see come to life.
