It is National Consumer Protection Week. In the past year, we have received many phone calls from residents with consumer protection issues. You, the consumer, have options when it comes to consumer protection complaints:

1. Contact law enforcement to investigate potential criminal activity.

2. Complete an online complaint with the Kentucky Attorney General's Office, who will also investigate consumer protection issues.
