Come learn what it means to be Beyond Ready! Most 4-H program are open to ages 9 to 18 years old, but we do also have several clubs and programs for our Cloverbuds, ages 5-8.

Join us Sunday, September 20 anytime from 1 - 3 PM. Conveniently located at our Florence location, 7111 Dixie Highway.

The Campbell County Horse club has asked us to share their Open 4-H Youth Speed Show taking place this Saturday, August 29th, starting at 4 PM (Registration opens at 3 PM). Located at the Northern KY Saddle Club, 7087 4 Mile Road, Melbourne KY. Entry fee is $10 per class plus a $3 gate fee per horse registered unless otherwise noted on their show bill.

🍀 It’s Kentucky State Fair time! 🎡🏆

The Kentucky State Fair is the opportunity for 4-H youth from across all 120 Kentucky counties to showcase projects that earned top honors at their county fairs. Extension Agents bring these projects to Louisville, where thousands are judged and displayed in Cloverville. In 2026, an incredible 6,778 4-H projects were exhibited!

For our Boone County 4-H members, these projects are about much more than ribbons. They represent learning new skills, building confidence, setting goals, and being proud of something they created. Our county has 100+ Cloverville Projects on display and we have many members competing with County Hams, Livestock, and Horse at the State Level.

Having a project selected for State Fair is an accomplishment, and we are so proud of our Boone County 4-H youth who earned the opportunity to represent our county! 💚🍀

🏹🍀 Boone County 4-H Sharpshooters Hit the Mark!

Our Sharpshooters Archery Club recently held their In-House Archery Competition, giving members a fun opportunity to put their skills to the test while helping prepare those headed to the 4-H Archery Extravaganza this weekend!

Whether you're a returning member or interested in learning more about the club, this is a great opportunity to meet new friends, explore exciting projects and events, and discover how you can make a difference in your community. Join the Sew Unique Design Club for their annual community service sewing event, Pillowcases with Purpose! Participants ages 9-18 as of January 1st will sew pillowcases that will be donated to children entering foster care in Boone County and will not be taken home. This meaningful project teaches sewing skills while giving back to the community. No previous sewing experience necessary. Materials and equipment will be provided.
