The Boone County Trial Office is comprised of ten attorneys,
three support staff and one investigator. Serving Boone,
Carroll, Gallatin, Grant and Owen Counties, attorneys cover
cases in the 15th and 54th Judicial Circuits. Unfortunately, the
Boone County Office does not have a social worker
presenting alternative sentencing plans, resulting in
increased incarceration costs paid by the county and state.
