Join Burlington City and Burlington Township for a fun morning at the Annual Kids Fishing Derby at Kennedy Park Lake!

⏰ Registration begins at 7:30 AM | Fishing starts at 8:00 AM

The event is free for children and teens ages 15 and under. Bait will be provided, and a limited number of fishing poles will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Last night’s first concert in the new band shell was everything we hoped for — beautiful evening, great music, and a wonderful crowd! 🎶

Thank you to everyone who came out and to all of the people who worked so hard to help make this happen. We’re excited for many more summer nights filled with music and community.

🎵 The Music Returns to Green Acres Park! 🎵

Join us on Wednesday, June 3, at 7:00 PM as we kick off our Concert Series at Green Acres Park.

We are excited to welcome residents back for an evening of live music and to host our first concert in the Township's new bandshell. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, family, and friends, and enjoy a great night in the park. A few food trucks will also be on site for the evening.

The Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Residents are encouraged to verify their voter registration status and polling location before heading to the polls. Polls will be open from 6AM-8PM.

Burlington County Memorial Day Ceremony

Burlington County’s annual Memorial Day Ceremony will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 30, at the Burlington County Veteran’s Memorial, 851 Old York Road in Burlington Township.

Residents are encouraged to attend as we come together to remember and recognize our heroes’ service, courage, and sacrifice. Let us never forget those who gave so much to protect our freedoms.

After 39 years of dedicated service, our long-time Chief Financial Officer, Dawn M. Bass is retiring from Burlington Township.

We extend our deepest gratitude for nearly four decades of unwavering commitment, professionalism, and leadership. Through countless budgets, financial decisions, and years of steady guidance, her work has helped shape the strength and stability of our Township. Her integrity, attention to detail, and dedication to public service have set a standard that will be felt for years to come.

On behalf of the Mayor and Council, Administration, colleagues, and residents, we thank you for your extraordinary service and wish you nothing but joy, good health, and fulfillment in this next chapter. May your retirement be filled with well-deserved rest, new adventures, and time with those you love most.

🚜🛠️ Happy National Public Works Week! 🛠️🚜

This week, we recognize and thank the men and women of our Public Works Department for the important services they provide to our residents every day.

Whether it’s responding during storms, maintaining roads and infrastructure, preparing parks and facilities, repairing water and sewer systems, or handling the many day-to-day responsibilities that help keep the Township operating smoothly, our Public Works employees are out there in all conditions doing the work that keeps our community moving.

We appreciate their hard work, dedication, and continued service to our residents and community. We also appreciate the coordination and teamwork shared with our Recreation Department and other Township staff throughout the year as they work together to support community programs and events for our residents.
