Family Justice Center of Alamance County The FJC of Alamance County provides one-stop services for victims of interpersonal violence.

The Family Justice Center (FJC) is a secure place where victims of family violence can receive the support and assistance they need to be safe. Office Hours: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
Intake Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

Thank you to Always Best Care Senior Services for hosting “Recognizing Elder Abuse” awareness event at Friendship Adult Day Services and bringing our community together to learn about protecting older adults.
A special thank you to Pamela Tyler Thompson- County Commissioner for sharing her insights and helping raise awareness about the impact of elder abuse in Alamance County. We also appreciate the participation of the Alamance County Department of Social Services Director, Candice Gobble and Family Justice Center of Alamance County Elder Justice Project Coordinator, Latawnya Hall for highlighting the important work being done to prevent abuse, support victims, and strengthen services for older adults.
Thank you to Alamance County Department of Social Services staff who helped make the event a success and community partners who participated.

World Elder Abuse Awareness Day- June 15th: Today the staff of Family Justice Center of Alamance County, Family Abuse Services of Alamance County and Alamance County Sheriff's Office proudly wear purple in recognition of Workd Elder Abuse Awareness Day (WEAAD).
By wearing purple, we stand with older adults and raise awareness about the importance of preventing abuse in later life. Awareness is the first step, but action creates change. Let’s move from awareness to action.

Camp HOPE is almost here! We want to make this year another successful year for our campers!!! We need our community to help make this happen. Items have been added on our Amazon Wish List to help to make sure every child has an amazing camp experience.

Camp HOPE provides children impacted by domestic violence and trauma a safe place to heal, build confidence, create happy memories, and simply enjoy being kids. ☀️🎒
