Make sure you turn your project book in this week!

Livestock project books must be submitted from Monday, June 8 - Friday June 12, 2026. Drop-off at either location, M-F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM:

Boone County Extension Enrichment Center
1824 Patrick Dr. (Upper Level), Burlington KY

Boone County Extension Florence
(closed daily from 12 - 1 PM)
7111 Dixie Hwy, Florence KY

A receipt will be given for proof of acceptance. Failure to drop off your project book will result in disqualification. ABSOLUTELY NO RECORD BOOKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE 4:30 PM ON JUNE 12.

🎉🐄 Congratulations to the Boone County 4-H Livestock Judging Team! 🐖🏆

The team competed in the State 4-H Livestock Judging Contest on Saturday, May 30th and had an incredible day!

Boone County was named TOP COUNTY!🏅

Junior Individual Awards:
• Carter Kohorst – 8th Reasons, 10th Swine
• Jackson Kohorst – 2nd Sheep & Goats, 13th Swine, 10th Overall
• Melissa Rodriguez – 3rd Sheep & Goats, 13th Reasons, 14th Overall
• Molly Johnson – 7th Beef, 3rd Reasons, 1st Sheep & Goats, 2nd Swine, 1st Overall

Junior Team Members:

Kentucky Department of Agriculture Shows & Fairs is excited to have their small animal weekend! This is the kick off of KDA sheep and swine shows for the summer. There will be concessions available.
