We are so thankful to everyone who attended our Annual Memorial Day Ceremony despite the pouring rain.

Memorial Day is a time for our community and our nation to come together in remembrance of the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.

From the ceremony participants and volunteers to the residents of Burlington, thank you for helping us honor those heroes and keep their memories alive.

Your continued support ensures that the names, stories, and sacrifices of our veterans, especially those no longer with us are never forgotten. Today and every day, we remember and honor them with gratitude and respect. 🫡 🇺🇸 🌹❤️🤍💙

With Memorial Day approaching, we are reminded that each fold of a flag holds meaning. The final fold however, the one right before the flag is cradled and handed to a grieving family, says what words cannot.

We pause in silence for the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We honor their memory, their families, and the weight of every fold that tells their story.

We will never forget.

Some of our BYLA players spent time at the cemetery replacing veterans’ flags in preparation for Memorial Day. A meaningful way to give back, remember, and show respect for our heroes.

What a beautiful day for flag placement 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

We thank everyone that showed up to both cemeteries this afternoon to replace all of the American flags on our veterans graves.

Cemetery department has been working hard and the cemeteries are looking beautiful!

Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) is hosting the Jobapalooza Virtual Hiring Event on Wednesday, May 13. This event will be nationwide and take place from 11am-3pm ET. It is open to all Veterans, Service members, and military spouses.
