Lineholders and composite lines $200, reserves $250, ground employee rates depend on number of nights spent here. Security deposit $50, fully refundable with 2 weeks move-out notice. You'll pay one month rent and security deposit upon move-in. Rent is month-to-month.

We work pretty much like a hotel: you text prior to your arrival, and bed will be reserved for you. 100% availability for a bed is guaranteed, we had this crash pad for 15 years. Beds come with clean mattress pads, your bedding will be placed on a bed.

Most crash pads have X amount of nights per month you can stay, but here, we have NO limits to nights of staying, you can stay here on your days off (like between the trips or reserve time blocks). We also have a space for your personal belongings, so you don't need to take all your stuff with you when you go on a trips.

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs with digital cable and Netflix, Super fast Wi-Fi internet. Fully furnished, everything is included in rent, no hidden charges.

Washer and dryer are in the apartment, available 24/7 (laundry detergent is provided). Full kitchen with all kitchenware, three full-size fridges. Big thing: you can cook as much as you want, no restrictions. Some other pads only allow to warm up your food in a microwave. Free coffee is available for all.

We've been operating since 2008, 15 years already, and will remain open indefinitely (as long as SFO is around).

Apartment complex has 2 heated pools, whirlpool bath, well-equipped gym. Free parking on adjacent streets, never been a problem. SFO airport is in 10 min shuttle ride, goes by schedule every 30 min. You can also take city bus #292 for $2.05 one way. Cab ride is about $15. Uber and Lyft are about the same (varies during the day).

You can message manager Bianca Burnett with your questions. Please be specific, not just "I'd like to get more information". We try to give you as many details as possible, but if we missed something, feel free to ask.

NOTE for those who are not familiar with airline crash pads:
This is strictly a commuter-type arrangement with shared bedrooms, for airline flight crews and ground employees who have permanent homes elsewhere and typically spend here only a few random nights per month while working at SFO. This is NOT a separate room and NOT a place to call your primary home (it's obvious that you can't get a separate room in Burlingame for $200). Emails asking if the room is still available will be ignored.

Since ad is up, it means that we do have vacancies.
