"Storms look to develop between 4-6 pm in south-central South Dakota. Supercells are expected initially, capable of all severe hazards including large hail up to 2” in diameter, tornadoes, and damaging winds to 70 mph. A strong tornado cannot be ruled out." -NWS

RASDAK (Ride Across South Dakota) will be spending the night in Burke tonight. There will be several bicycles sharing the roads in Gregory County today and tomorrow. Just a reminder that SDCL requires that vehicles must give at least 6 feet of separation when passing bicycles at posted speed limits greater than 35 miles per hour. If the speed limit is less than 35 miles per hour the space of separation drops down to 3 feet.

The Burke Police Department will be issuing warnings starting on Monday. If your dog license isn’t purchased by June 15, you could be fined per dog and per day.
