Foothills EMS is offering a free 'Stop the Bleed' course to anyone 17 years of age or older from surrounding communities. The course will be held at 10 a.m. on July 26 at the Foothills EMS station, 5680 State Route 11, Burke, NY 12917. Please contact Mike Abrunzo at [email protected] to sign up.

ATTENTION ALL EMS PROVIDERS:

Our 2024 EMS Conference is being held on March 9th & 10th at the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino & Resort. If you wish to stay at the casino hotel we have negotiated a rate of $149 plus a $12 occupancy fee per night. We have 10 rooms set aside for conference attendee's! Attendee's can book on their own room by calling 1-877-99-CASINO and asking for the Franklin County EMS room block Booking ID 3207 You have until February 23rd to book your room at that rate. We also have 15 rooms blocked out at the Comfort Inn next door to the casino at a rate of $107 per night plus a $12 occupancy fee.

Attention all EMS providers in Franklin, Clinton and St. Lawrence Counties and beyond!! I am putting feelers out there to see who would be interested in attending an EMS Conference at the Akwesasne Mohawk casino and Resort on March 8th and 9th 2024. I currently have two speakers lined up. They are Kelly Grayson and Rueben Farnsworth! Before I can commit to spending the money to get them here I would like to know who would be interested in attending.

This is a great opportunity for our area EMS providers to get some high quality training and CME’s for your recertification!

Foothills EMS is looking for a contractor to do some inside work for us. We need to build a couple of rooms and do some other finishings. Contractor must be insured. If you know of anyone or you are a contractor interested in doing the work please call 518-651-5964 to schedule a site visit.
