The fall is a VERY busy time for everyone so I wanted to send out the schedule for our remaining meetings of 2025.

For our December meeting, I will be setting up a time for us to ring the bell for The Salvation Army USA at United here in Burk. I will share more details as that time gets closer.

At today’s meeting, we explored the idea of —pushing ourselves to grow by getting OVER obstacles, OVERcoming negative thoughts, staying steady UNDER pressure, and fighting THROUGH the tough times.

To bring this to life, we introduced tying a tie using 4 simple steps: OVER, OVER, UNDER, THROUGH.

We may not have been perfect today, but we were better—and that’s what growth is all about!

✨ T.I.E. Club is BACK! ✨

We’re excited to kick off another year of Transforming, Inspiring, and Empowering students—and we’d love to welcome some new faces to the group!

🕒 When: After school, 3:20–4:05 p.m. (Families provide transportation. Students may walk home, walk to BHS, walk to the B&G Club, or be picked up.)

👔 Dress Code:

First meeting: casual & informational

Following meetings: collared shirt, long pants (jeans are fine), and a tie

Clip-ons/zip-ups are ok for the first semester—traditional ties in the spring (don’t worry, I’ll teach them how!)

📚 Focus Areas: Leadership • Motivation • Goal-setting • Soft Skills

Today marked our final T.I.E. Club meeting of the year, and we celebrated with great conversation and root beer floats! I couldn’t be more proud of these incredible students for dedicating their time and energy to personal growth and leadership. Parents, thank you for allowing me the privilege of working with them—it’s truly been a wonderful year. Here’s to continued transformation, inspiration, and empowerment!
