Across the United States, overdose deaths have declined significantly over the past two years—a testament to the impact of harm reduction, expanded access to treatment, naloxone, and the dedication of communities working together, including here at Evergreen.

But our work is far from over. Drug overdose remains the leading cause of death for Americans ages 18–44, and every life lost is one too many. We believe that everyone deserves compassionate, judgment-free care.

Our services are designed to meet individuals wherever they are on their health journey, offering support through programs like syringe service programs, Naloxone training, counseling, and medication-assisted treatment.

Get yourself healthy with Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center 's mobile health unit when it is at the Niagara Pride offices THIS FRIDAY, August 21, from 2-6 pm.

You deserve health care for who you authentically are! Last month, more than 20 people came in to seek direction, help and healthcare with the mobile unit. It will be your turn to come this month to get:

-primary & preventive care
-sexual health & wellness services
-mental & behavioural health services
-holistic support to identify unmet needs to connect with the available resources
