Join us for the 3rd Annual Erie County CYSHCN Program "Night at the Museum" Family Resource Fair. We welcome families with children and youth (birth-21 years) who have special health care needs, with or without a diagnosis, who could benefit from coordination and support for services. This community-centered, sensory-friendly event connects families with essential services, local programs, and valuable resources and information.
