Pray, I'm serious, pray. And if you don't pray, do what you do, but we might be in trouble, and only God can help us on this one.
We need to think about our economy in its totality. Call me a sceptic, because I've felt this way since 2013.
If Solar City goes bust(which we will likely have another recession within a year or two), we are out of 1.2 billion...
But who sure enough is getting paid? The billion dollar construction company.
Remedy: growing/manufacturing h**p, cannabis and urban fish farming. Also small business incubators located in 3 areas of Erie County. "Main Street" will create more jobs and business ownership than any corporate entity.
Need a raw goods commodity, in addition to technical commodity.
So when a recession hits are you going to buy a solar panel or soap and food?

Perhaps once in a decade there is a company that has reached the point huge success or complete failure. SolarCity is facing that reality, right now.

Let's start out on a sour note, we do adore the wealthy, don't we?
The way to get NYS back on track, give your money to wealthy people and fake out the poor and working class people, make them think you are doing it for the people.

Peter Reese lays it out, with a
non-opinionated listing of the facts about the financial practices of Jeremy Zellner as the Erie County Democratic Committee Chairman.

Now my OPINION: Jeremy Zellner is an old man trapped in a young man's body. There is no way that our peers think like him. We seek to be innovative, and unconventional, moving our party forward. We would like to select our leadership, because we understand the totality of the world around us(I mean really? Where has Jeremy been other than north and south of the city?) I ask myself, "what the hell is the purpose of having a young democratic chairman, if he simply listens and follows direction from the old people?" Yes I said it, so what, I'm getting older too and when I've been doing this for 20-40 years and the young leaders step up and tell me "thank you, but it's time to go," I must have done something right. Because being a democratic leader means the progression and movement of the people, by securing the publics interest against big business, incompetence and political corruption(must select the right candidates and assist them accordingly).
The democratic leader must level the playing field, rather than playing ball.
Ball playing examples:
1. The democratic endorsement of David Franczyk for Fillmore district councilman. I have to absolutely call out headquarters on this one, if no other.
2. Franczyk has been the councilman for almost 30 years. The living conditions of the poorest whites and blacks in Buffalo NY lay largely in his district. And I'm just speaking about basic living conditions and community environments, which are life threatening and absolutely deplorable(note the educational outcomes for his impacted zip codes).
3. Which committee/community members from the most impacted communities does Jeremy Zellner have a relationship with, that is not employed by the board of elections, or someone they are holding on to like an octopus from the Art O Eve legacy(yep, exploiting his good graces, Mr. Eve is a black man first, always has been, always will be)?
4. How can someone my age except and assist in generational neglect and poverty?
5. What does he do with the money?
Where did the teachers union contributions go? CWA, really? But headquarters is a big supporter of Cuomo, which moves to privatize hospitals and schools. Example, Roswell Park Cancer institute(state hospital), which is the most developed part of the city, with your tax dollars, in a historical black community. Built with your money, then privatize it. This is why we have income and education disparity. Lol, check all Erie County democratic state, federal and local contributions, and see how your leadership is working for you. There are others on the executive committee, but I call them symbolic figures, because the chairman really has the power.
So to all of my peers and anyone interested, we will get the same thing, which is nothing, if we don't change our democratic leadership in Erie County and throughout the state of NY.
His candidates don't win, because he is not likeable and doesn't raise money and move money effectively for the candidate, with the exception of the Erie County Executive. The candidates that do win can't tell you how they have improved your life, nor the positive impact that their leadership has on YOUR community.
See you all in about an hour:)...

When Erie County Democratic Chairman Jeremy Zellner lost control of the Erie County Legislature in 2013, it was the first time in his life that the Republicans were in control of that body.   This loss cost Zellner personally, as his $80,000 job as ...

The Buffalo Bills need a new stadium, and Buffalo NY is the only place for the team. The relocation and stadium effort should be a collective effort among the people, the tax payer that contribute to the system.
The stadium complex would create jobs, and not just for the football season. The stadium would actually increase tourism, which will increase hotel occupancy and business in the downtown area as a whole. Providing jobs that the average person can work will improve the health and wellness of our community. We look forward to football season every year, and we live by our Bills. The Bills make us happy and its the pride of our region, even if we haven't done so well in the past years. We don't care, we remain loyal fans and supporters of the organization. As a community we are asking to be heard, included and valued as loyal customers. Many have dedicated their home and yard to the Bills, displaying pride and loyalty like no other football fans in the country. We don't care if we freeze, we will still sellout the stadium, because we remain loyal to our team and our cause.
If a new stadium is not agreed upon, I predict a 2020 change of heart and we will lose our beloved team all together.
A new stadium on the outer harbor will restore pride and hope in the community, because the Buffalo Bills is the only thing that collectively joins our community. The Bills is what we WNYer have in common, and that is undeniable. Restoring jobs will increase order and decrease crime and incarceration rates. Many of our inner city youth have never attended a Buffalo Bills football game, and this would be a wonderful opportunity for our children to be and feel involved in their community. Building this team in Buffalo says that we are vested as a community, to function like we are the 8th largest city in the county and the second largest city in NYS. We must function like a large city and invest in the outer harbor project, if for no reason other than retaining our population as a large city (250k plus residents in the city of Buffalo). A decrease in the population means a decrease in federal dollars for WNY, so pay now, or pay later.
WNYers want a new stadium in downtown Buffalo, and we are willing to pay for it, providing a future for our children and our community as a whole. We have more power than we think, and the investment in the stadium doesn't mean it belongs to the NFL or even the Buffalo Bills, it will belong to the people, a proud deserving people, the people of WNY.

Sevenyty-three years ago a President said:

"The basic things expected by our people of their political and economic systems are simple. They are:

Equality of opportunity for youth and for others.

Jobs for those who can work.

Security for those who need it.

The ending of special privilege for the few.

The preservation of civil liberties for all.

The enjoyment -- The enjoyment of the fruits of scientific progress in a wider and constantly rising standard of living.

These are the simple, the basic things that must never be lost sight of in the turmoil and unbelievable complexity of our modern world. The inner and abiding strength of our economic and political systems is dependent upon the degree to which they fulfill these expectations.

Many subjects connected with our social economy call for immediate improvement. As examples:

We should bring more citizens under the coverage of old-age pensions and unemployment insurance.

We should widen the opportunities for adequate medical care.

We should plan a better system by which persons deserving or needing gainful employment may obtain it.

I have called for personal sacrifice, and I am assured of the willingness of almost all Americans to respond to that call. A part of the sacrifice means the payment of more money in taxes. In my budget message I will recommend that a greater portion of this great defense program be paid for from taxation than we are paying for today. No person should try, or be allowed to get rich out of the program, and the principle of tax payments in accordance with ability to pay should be constantly before our eyes to guide our legislation.

If the Congress maintains these principles the voters, putting patriotism ahead pocketbooks, will give you their applause.

In the future days, which we seek to make secure, we look forward to a world founded upon four essential human freedoms.

The first is freedom of speech and expression -- everywhere in the world.

The second is freedom of every person to worship God in his own way -- everywhere in the world.

The third is freedom from want, which, translated into world terms, means economic understandings which will secure to every nation a healthy peacetime life for its inhabitants -- everywhere in the world.

The fourth is freedom from fear, which, translated into world terms, means a world-wide reduction of armaments to such a point and in such a thorough fashion that no nation will be in a position to commit an act of physical aggression against any neighbor -- anywhere in the world.

That is no vision of a distant millennium. It is a definite basis for a kind of world attainable in our own time and generation. That kind of world is the very antithesis of the so-called “new order” of tyranny which the dictators seek to create with the crash of a bomb.

To that new order we oppose the greater conception -- the moral order. A good society is able to face schemes of world domination and foreign revolutions alike without fear.

Since the beginning of our American history we have been engaged in change, in a perpetual, peaceful revolution, a revolution which goes on steadily, quietly, adjusting itself to changing conditions without the concentration camp or the quicklime in the ditch. The world order which we seek is the cooperation of free countries, working together in a friendly, civilized society.

This nation has placed its destiny in the hands and heads and hearts of its millions of free men and women, and its faith in freedom under the guidance of God. Freedom means the supremacy of human rights everywhere. Our support goes to those who struggle to gain those rights and keep them. Our strength is our unity of purpose.

To that high concept there can be no end save victory."

Today is Buffalo Bills, "we ain't having it", stadium day. I will note a detailed explanation at the end of the day. The lack of job development affects health and wellness. Note, broke folks don't live as long and have a decreased health status.

This is actually Chris' 2nd interview with George Hasiotis, a partner of the Greater Buffalo Sports Entertainment Complex (GBSEC). The first interview was on 5/11/13 and George will update us on where they are at this point and what Buffalonians need to know. Right now in spite of support from many…
