We are thrilled to share some amazing news! 🥳

The Prevention Council of Erie County, Inc. has been awarded a $20,000 grant from the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Legacy Funds administered by the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo.

This generous funding will directly support the Continuing to Support the Mindful Caregiver Project, enabling us to offer vital programming throughout Western New York.

Our initiative is dedicated to empowering caregivers by providing transformative knowledge, practical tools, community resources, and mindfulness practices. We are excited to see the positive impact this will have on our community.

We are eager to support initiatives that assist community members who are caregivers and could benefit from our grant-funded program. Please read the full press release below and let us know if you're interested in collaborating or if you have any questions.
