I asking for the support for this Team. A team of individual thinkers who are humble and ready to work for YOU the membership (Active and Retired). A team that will support the movement of solidarity. Individuals that will collectively, collaborate for the best interests of the Membership. We will be a presence on the floor! We will as a Executive Board, work with and support the Shop Committee.

ACCORDING TO OUR CONSTITUTION We do hereby pledge on our honor to perform the duties of our respective offices as required by the Constitution of this Union; to bear true and faithful allegiance to the International Union, UNITEDAUTOMOBILE, AEROSPACE AND AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT WORKERS OF AMERICA (UAW); to the best of our ability and with complete good faith to support, advance and carry out all official policies of the International Union and this Local Union; to deliver all books, papers and other property of the Union that may be in our possession at the end of our term to our successor in office, and at all times conduct ourselves as becomes a member of this Union! Our duties are defined in the laws of the International Union, UNITED AUTOMOBILE, AEROSPACE AND AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT WORKERS OF AMERICA (UAW) and in our obligation; should any emergency arise not provided for in these, we are expected to act according to the dictates of common sense, guided by an earnest desire to advance the best interest of the International Union and this Local Union. We will all faithfully perform our duties so that we may gain not only the esteem of our siblings, but what is of even more importance, the approval of your conscience.

I have 25 years of service. In 2003 i started my career here at Tonawanda as a Skilled Trades Millwright. In 2018-2020 i served as your President. I gained valuable experience and knowledge during that time. We survived the 2019 Strike on a Local level with major support from the community and the efforts of every member (Active and Retired). During that 6-week Strike, I was on site 9 to 16 hours a day, covering all shift. We all had to depend on each other. I know things weren't perfect but we survived and we gained respect from the community for all of our efforts. I was proud to be President and if elected I will serve this membership with great gratitude and humility.
As President I helped regulate the rules and responsibilities during the Covid-19 Pandemic. That was a tough time as well, seeing our members and their families deal with that crisis. As a leader I felt the pain and the heartbeat of our members. We have some of the most dedicated members that wouldn't let that terrible disease affect the efforts of making quality engines. Seeing how the Executive Board and Shop Committee worked together was admirable.
Moving forward we face some major challenges, such as, finding NEW work for our location, and with a possible Strike looming in September, we need someone experienced to lead us through those many challenges. I will dedicate my everything to this membership.
