Brother rest now we will take it from here.

It is with great sadness we lose on of the ones truly dedicated to being a firefighter. I spoke with you a month or so ago and did not see this coming to pass so quickly in life.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jameson Byrd, Taylor County Fire Chief. After a long battle with cancer, he is no longer suffering and is with the Lord.
Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers while they deal with this difficult time.
