Just want to everyone to be cautious with these Contractors calling or showing up offering estimates on damages from the storm. Make sure to do your research and make sure they are a legitimate company. We hate to see anyone getting taken advantage of.

There have already been dozens of Contractors in the area offering Inspections. Most of these appear to be from out of the area. They may be legitimate but make sure to do your research.

In the end, Be Cautious of those randomly knocking on doors soliciting repair contracts. If the deal sounds too good, it usually is and as much as we all want to get cleaned up, fixed up and back to our daily lives, don't let yourself be victimized by unvetted workers with flashy decals.

The Village is saddened to learn of the passing of Leonard Tobey, owner of Tobey’s Construction.
We extend our condolences to his family, friends, and all those affected by his loss.

Happy January residents. We just love this cold weather, with that comes frozen pipes. We pumped an extra amout of water last night, if everyone could take a minute to check basements and crawlspaces to make sure that you don't have a busted pipe that would be great. Thank you and stay warm!!

Due too recent burglaries in the clifton and surrounding communities the Herscher Police Department is reminding residents to keep your vehicles locked. Herscher Police Department is asking residents to call 911 if you see any suspicious activity. Please check your cameras and notify the Herscher Police Department of anything suspicious.
